Delivery dates are estimates and H J Silicone Industries will not be liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. Title to goods remains with H J Silicone Industries until full payment is received.
H J Silicone Industries warrants that products will conform to specifications agreed upon in writing. Products are manufactured to industry standards and are subject to our standard quality control procedures. Custom formulations are provided on a best-effort basis.
